-HPUD Fall Fiesta will be held on October 28, 2023 from 5pm to 10pm at Tito Huerta Park (1165 N Palm Ave, Heber, CA 92249)

-CSDA Special District Leadership Academy in Santa Rosa, October 22-25, 2023

-General Manager to waive Alcohol Policy for Heber Fall Fiesta, on October 28, 2023.
