The Heber Public Utility District invites you to join our 2023 Easter Egg Hunt & Street Fair this coming Thursday, April 6th, 2023.
Program is as follows:
- 6:00 PM - Egg Hunt
- 6:30 PM - Performances
- 4-9 PM-Food & Craft Vendors
FOOD VENDORS MUST SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATION BY MARCH 22, 2023 BY 4:30PM AT THE HPUD OFFICE TO ALLOW SUBMITTAL OF TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT TO THE IMPERIAL COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Dear Heber Public Utility District Customer,
The Heber Public Utility District welcomes Ms. Madeline Dessert as their new General Manager.
Madeline comes to the Heber Public Utility District from the County of Imperial Area Agency on Aging and has a strong background in public service. Ms. Dessert brings experience in financial management, grant management, and managing both public and private entities to her new role.
Ms. Dessert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of San Francisco, as well as a paralegal certificate in General Litigation from the University of San Diego.
The HPUD Office will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24th, and Friday, November 25th.

The Heber Public Utility District Board of Directors will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at 6pm.
The meeting will take place at 1078 Dogwood Rd., Suite 104, Heber, CA 92249.
