1. Authorize the Board President to sign a letter in support of Senate Bill 1309 to Senator Steve Padilla.
2. Information Only: Update on Children's Park

9. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

- GM to Waive Ordinance 222 to allow the sale and consumption of alcohol at Tito Park for a one day event on May 11, 2024. Wasupwu will he hosting a Free community event to celebrate Mothers Day.

- The State of the County is scheduled for March 21 at 5:30 pm at Prestige Event Center in Heber

- HPUD Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place March 28, 2024 5:00 – 8:00 pm

- Next Community Clean Up Day scheduled for April 27, 2024 7:00 am to 12:00 pm

- Reminder: Please file form 700s with the County Registrar of Voters – DEADLINE April 2, 2024.
