Dear Heber Public Utility District Customer,
The Heber Public Utility District welcomes Ms. Madeline Dessert as their new General Manager.
Madeline comes to the Heber Public Utility District from the County of Imperial Area Agency on Aging and has a strong background in public service. Ms. Dessert brings experience in financial management, grant management, and managing both public and private entities to her new role.
Ms. Dessert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of San Francisco, as well as a paralegal certificate in General Litigation from the University of San Diego.
The HPUD Office will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24th, and Friday, November 25th.

The Heber Public Utility District Board of Directors will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at 6pm.
The meeting will take place at 1078 Dogwood Rd., Suite 104, Heber, CA 92249.

The Heber Public Utility District will be hosting their Tree Lighting Event on
Thursday, December 8th at Tito Huerta Park. The event starts at 4pm with Live
Performances from Heber school clubs. Then at 5pm we will light the tree and go
Christmas Caroling around the park to get ready for Santa’s visit at 6pm! Remember
to come dressed warmly to enjoy a nice Christmas evening! Food and drinks will be
sold!
