5. Authorize Extension of Auditor Services with Nigro & Nigro PC – General Manager
6. Adopt Resolution Number 2025-03 to Adopt Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget – General Manger
7. Award the 7th Street Water Pipeline Project to the Lowest, Responsive and Responsible Bidder, ROVE Engineering Inc., Contingent on Final Review and Approval - General Manager
