The Heber Public Utility District contracts with CR&R for waste hauling services.  Please contact CR&R at (760)482-5655 or (760)482-5656.

Every residential customer in Heber is eligible for one FREE BULKY ITEM pick up per year.  Please call CR&R at (760)482-5655 or (760)482-5656 to schedule a pickup.

The alleys in Heber are the responsibility of the Imperial County Public Works at (442)265-1818.  

According to the Imperial County, you only need a permit if you hold more than one per year. Call Imperial County at (442)265-1270 for more information.

Call Imperial County Planning & Development Services at (442)265-1736 or online https://www.icpds.com/.  Once you have applied to the Imperial County Planning and Building Department, you may need to have HPUD sign off on your permit.
