Bill Pay is a convenient way to pay your utility bill online. Available 24/7 with or without registration. Here's a brief tutorial on how to successfully complete the payment process on our Quick Pay system:

1. On the Heber Public Utility District website (https://www.heber.ca.gov) frontpage, click on the first icon in the orange bar - PAY ONLINE

2. A new browser tab will open and display this screen. Click on "Utility Billing"

3. Locate the leftmost icon box and click on the "Quick pay" button, as shown.

4. Type in your account information by filling the:

a. Account number, including all dashes, for example 01-010101-01
b. Last payment amount. Check you Bill to get your previous payment.
c. Click on "Find bill".

5. You will then be prompt to the “PAYMENT CARD” you’ll need to pay the amount shown or highlight it to change that amount, then click on CONTINUE.

6. Last step: “Enter your Selected Payment Method”

NOTE: in this step you can select for your payment be automatically debited every month.
